4. Payment Terms

Billing

For paid plans:

• Billing occurs monthly or annually, depending on your plan
• Payment is due at the beginning of each billing period
• All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. After this period, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Breach of these Terms
• Failure to pay fees when due
• At our sole discretion for any reason

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FreshSite and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
